added blog comments! you can create an identity using just a username, a hostname (silly linux thing, doesn't have to be serious), and TOTP (to verify).

added the microblog, for small thoughts that don't fit into a main blog post.

added /nostyle and support for basic HTTP, so you can browse the website on old browsers! (tested with IE1, Netscape 1.0)
